Studying Data Analytics holds paramount importance across various disciplines in today's rapidly evolving world. The interdisciplinary nature of Data Analytics empowers professionals in diverse domains to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and contribute to evidence-based decision-making, making it an indispensable skill set for those seeking to excel in their respective fields.
In Computational Science, data analytics plays a pivotal role in modelling complex phenomena, simulating experiments, and extracting meaningful insights from vast datasets, thereby advancing scientific understanding. Geoinformatics benefits from data analytics by enabling the extraction of geospatial patterns, supporting environmental monitoring, and aiding in disaster management. Our vision is to train, inspire, and empower the next generation of digital scientists, innovators, and entrepreneurs who can tackle the future challenges in these emerging fields.
Candidates must possess either a 3-year or a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering/Mathematics, with Mathematics/Statistics as one of the subjects, and a minimum aggregate of 60% marks (or equivalent). Relaxation in marks will be provided for reserved categories as per University norms.

Candidates who have appeared or are appearing for the final year/ semester examination may also apply for the PG Programmes provided that they satisfy the following two conditions.
Selected candidates are expected to submit all the original documents of mark lists, degree/ provisional degree certificates, migration certificate, etc. within a date specified by the University. If a candidate fails to submit the original certificates as proof of their eligibility by this date, the candidate may be asked to discontinue the program.
