Summary

As you may recall, Digital University Kerala and the Survey of India (the National Mapping Agency under the Department of Science & Technology) entered into an MoU on 3 February 2026 to foster academic and research collaboration in the areas of Geoinformatics, AI & ML for automated feature extraction, Geodesy (Physical, Marine, and Satellite), Astronomy, and related engineering disciplines.
As part of this collaboration, a lecture-cum-demonstration on Continuously Operating Reference Stations (CORS) is being organized on 29 April 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.,at Gallery Hall 45, DUK. The session will be delivered by Shri Ch. V.S.S. Prasad, Deputy Superintending Surveyor, Survey of India. You are cordially invited to attend this lecture-cum-demonstration.
