MBA for Working Professionals is a 2-year on-campus program. The degree will be generic without specialisations, but the student gets the opportunity to take elective courses in applied verticals like Business Analytics, Digital Governance, Technology Management, Information Security Management, and Digital Transformation, as well as in functional verticals like Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, Systems and Finance. Innovative curricular structure, course content, and pedagogy will ensure that the MBA program offered by the Digital University Kerala is updated for the digital era and stands out from the typical industrial-age MBA programs offered elsewhere. The program strives to inculcate the highly desirable traits of creativity, empathy, leadership, conflict and crisis management, disruption, and dynamic decision making necessary to lead change and transformation in the digital age. The curriculum will be divided into a required (core) and elective set of courses; the first year comprising mostly or entirely of core courses and the second year consisting of about 25% core and 75% elective courses.

• Minimum 2 years of work experience is mandatory. Experience certificate needs to be produced at the time of the personal interview.
• The qualifying degree will be a Bachelor’s degree of at least 3 years duration or a Master’s degree of at least 2 years duration from a recognised university.
• Entrance Test score  in one of the tests: (CAT/GRE(Code: 3457)/CMAT/KMAT/XAT/NMAT/Digital University MAT)
• Minimum score of 60 percentage marks OR CPI/CGPA of 6.5 or above in 10 points in the qualifying degree. Rounding off of marks is not allowed. A candidate with CGPA less than 6.5 will also be eligible if the equivalent percentage for graduation is above 60% as per the respective university norms for conversion from CGPA to percentage. In such a case, the candidate will have to produce the official document or percentage equivalence certificate from the respective university showing CGPA to percentage conversion norms, at the time of admission. Students who have scored less than 60% in their graduation degree are not eligible for admission to the courses of Digital University Kerala. Candidates belonging to SC/ST and Persons with Disability categories are eligible for applying if they have minimum pass marks in the qualifying examination. SEBC candidates of Kerala State who are certified as belonging to non-creamy layer are eligible for 5% relaxation in the minimum required marks for qualifying examination, provided that the candidates have passed the examination.

The tuition fee payable for the whole Flexible mode MBA  Programme is Rs 4 Lakhs.
