The Master of Business Administration (MBA) of Digital University Kerala is a 2-year, full time, on-campus program. The degree will be generic without specialisations, but the student gets the opportunity to take elective courses in applied verticals like Business Analytics, Digital Governance, Technology Management, Information Security Management, and Digital Transformation, as well as in functional verticals like Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, Systems and Finance. Innovative curricular structure, course content, and pedagogy will ensure that the MBA program offered by the Digital University Kerala is updated for the digital era and stands out from the typical industrial-age MBA programs offered elsewhere. The program strives to inculcate the highly desirable traits of creativity, empathy, leadership, conflict and crisis management, disruption, and dynamic decision making necessary to lead change and transformation in the digital age. The curriculum will be divided into a required (core) and elective set of courses; the first year comprising mostly or entirely of core courses and the second year consisting of about 25% core and 75% elective courses.
Candidates must possess either a 3-year or a 4-year Bachelor’s degree with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks (or equivalent, with relaxation for reserved categories as per University norms).
