Women Leaders of Tomorrow: Spearheading transformations in the digital Era
Digital University Kerala is observing National Technology Day-2021 on 11th May to highlight the achievements of technology leaders by organizing a virtual summit. India is poised to become a global technology leader by 2025. A large number of kinetic leaders with their ability to envision and deliver growth with responsible strategies, visions, innovations and transformational initiatives have made great contributions in the field of Science and Technology. Leaders such as Satya Nadella of Microsoft, Sundar Pichai of Google, Shantanu Narayen of Adobe, N R Narayanamurthy and Kris Gopalakrishnan of Infosys, and many others have created an edge over their global counterparts through their dexterity in dealing with a challenging and growing indigenous and global market. There are also a number of women leaders making a difference through their work representing diverse industries and leadership roles. There are thought leaders, heads of organizations, entrepreneurs, functional leaders of large companies and also academics helping build premier educational Institutions. Hence, this year, the newly formed Digital University Kerala is celebrating its first National Technology Day by organizing a virtual summit by inviting a few women leaders who are making positive and lasting contributions in the field of Science and Technology. Through their sincere efforts and leadership skills, they are bringing about a transformative change in this digital era.
