Since 2023, DUK has hosted a vibrant Project Management Institute student club, mentored by the Project Management Institute-Kerala Chapter. The club has made significant strides, with an increasing number of activities. The PMI Chapter Student Club bridges the gap between higher education and the professional world by connecting students with local PMI chapters. These clubs offer an exciting opportunity to gain project management experience, develop leadership skills, and build meaningful professional networks. The forum has been actively organising a variety of initiatives, including industry mentorship programs, technical sessions, community outreach programs, and undertaking innovative projects with social impact. Our students have also excelled, securing multiple awards during the annual academic conclave, “Wings,” organised by the PMI-Kerala Chapter. We are proud that one of our students was selected to present at the PMI Asia Pacific-South Asia Leadership Institute Meet, held in Manila in June 2025.
