Shanujas V has been serving as Chair of Students’ Affairs and Assistant Professor in the area of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at the School of Digital Humanities and Liberal Arts (SoDiHLA), Digital University Kerala, since June 2023. Prior to joining DUK, she worked as a Faculty member at the School of Management Sciences, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST) Shibpur, West Bengal, from November 2020 to May 2023.
She obtained her PhD in Human Resource Management from the National Institute of Technology Calicut in 2020. She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and Finance from the University of Calicut and an M.Com in Finance from Madurai Kamaraj University. She qualified the UGC NET in Management (2013) and Commerce (2015). She completed her Bachelor of Business Administration from Farook College, Calicut.
Her research interests include employee competency, employee performance management, workplace cyberbullying, employee well-being, psychological capital, and AI in Human Resource Management.
