Project Management, Strategic Linkages of Projects, Innovation Systems
Pradeep Kumar, Assistant Professor research focuses on project portfolio management, dynamic capabilities, strategic alignment of projects, and innovation systems. He currently serves as the Chair of the Centre for Digital Transformation & Innovation (CDTI) and Social Engagement Centre. He contributed to establishing the Social Engagement Centre (SEC), the Centre for Continuing & Executive Education, and the Project Management Institute Students Club at DUK. Pradeep is a recipient of the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship (European Union) for his master’s degree in Strategic Project Management. Prior to academia, he worked for eight years as Assistant Director at the National Productivity Council, Department of Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, New Delhi. His publications span project management, e-governance, innovation capacity, and income inequality, and he has presented at leading national and international conferences.
