WISE
Women Incubation, Start-ups, and Entrepreneurship (WISE) under Digital University of Kerala is committed to promote the women entrepreneurship ecosystem through policies and initiatives, as well as the creation of supporting networks.
Digital University of Kerala will make it simpler for Women Entrepreneurs to incubate new enterprises with breakthrough technology by providing financial, physical, technological, and infrastructure seed support through Women Incubation, Start-ups, and Entrepreneurship (WISE).

Criteria for Eligibility
- A student, pursuing his education in Kerala.
- A Kerala-based Women entrepreneur.
- Women who want to build their own Startup
- The female co-founder should own the majority of the company.
- Company should be registered in Kerala as an LLP or Pvt. Ltd company
What We Offer
The WISE has launched the Innovation Grant program to provide financial support to start-ups and Women entrepreneurs in order to help them turn their innovative ideas into full-fledged businesses.
Grants for innovative ideas – Up to 2 Lakhs
Grant for Productivity – Up to 3 Lakhs
Scaleup Grants – Up to 5 Lakhs
Idea Grant – will be aimed at start-ups and students with a prototype or MVP to produce the final version of the MVP, and will be limited to 2 lakhs per idea.
Productivity Grants are available to help entrepreneurs launch their products and are limited to a maximum of Rs. 3 lakhs per idea.
Scale-up Grant – This grant is limited to a maximum of Rs. 5 lakhs per idea and is intended to assist entrepreneurs in ramping up their product/sales.
A Startup is only eligible for a grant of up to 5 lakhs.

Selection Process
For women entrepreneurs and students, the period of stay is two years.
Students and Women entrepreneurs may apply online and submit a proposal or technology concept. The proposal must include a title, a brief description of the product/services/technology business you plan to incubate, its goal, market potentials, and marketing strategy, value addition of the work, skills/technology required, quarterly milestones, details of company registration if already registered, and other information. An expert committee of four or five individuals will review the proposal, which will include technical/domain experts, financial experts. The selected parties will be invited to give a presentation, and the final selection will be made based on the committee’s approval. This is applicable to students as well as aspiring young Women entrepreneurs.

(3) The candidate who has been shortlisted will be invited to give a presentation.
(4) The final selection will be made based on the committee’s approval.
