During the 2026 cycle, this route applied where the programme requirements did not use an accepted valid national-level test score such as CUET-PG or GATE.

DRAT โ€“ Digital University Research Aptitude Test

University entrance route used for PhD admissions during the 2026 cycle.

During the 2026 cycle, this route applied to PhD applicants who did not use an approved national-level qualification such as NET/JRF, GATE or equivalent.
